HDPE土工膜的鋪設(shè):
1. 鋪設(shè)HDPE土工膜前應(yīng)由土建工程相應(yīng)的合格驗(yàn)收證明文件。
2. HDPE膜裁切之前,應(yīng)該準(zhǔn)確丈量其相關(guān)尺寸,然后按實(shí)際裁切,一般不宜按圖示尺寸裁切,應(yīng)逐片編號(hào),詳細(xì)記錄在表格上。
3. 鋪設(shè)HDPE土工膜時(shí)應(yīng)力求焊縫少,在保證質(zhì)量的前提下,盡量節(jié)約原材料。同時(shí)也容易保證質(zhì)量。
4. 膜與膜之間接縫的搭接寬度一般不小于10cm,通常就使焊縫排列方向平行于坡度,即沿坡度方向排列。
5. 通常在拐角及畸形地段,應(yīng)是接縫長(zhǎng)度盡量減短。除特殊要求外,在坡度大于1:6的斜坡上距頂坡或應(yīng)力集中區(qū)域1.5米范圍內(nèi),盡量不設(shè)焊縫。
6. HDPE土工膜在鋪設(shè)中,應(yīng)避免產(chǎn)生人為褶皺,溫度較低時(shí),應(yīng)盡量拉緊,鋪平。
7. HDPE土工膜鋪設(shè)完成后,應(yīng)盡量減少在膜面上行走、搬動(dòng)工具等,凡能對(duì)HDPE膜造成危害的物件,均不應(yīng)放在膜上或攜帶在膜上行走,以免對(duì)膜造成意外損傷。
HDPE土工膜錨固方法:
1. 錨固的方法分為三種:溝槽錨固、射釘錨固和膨脹螺栓錨固;通常情況下,采用溝槽錨固。
2. 采用溝槽錨固時(shí),視HDPE土工膜的使用條件及受力情況,其錨固溝槽寬度一般不小于0.5m-1.0m,其深度不得小于0.5m-1.0m。
3. 采用射釘錨固時(shí),壓條寬度不小于2cm,厚度不得小于2mm,射釘間距不應(yīng)大于400mm,壓條明露處應(yīng)有防腐措施。
4. 采用膨脹螺栓錨固時(shí),螺栓直徑不小于4mm,其間距不大于0.5mm,施工時(shí),先用備好的沙袋將擺好位置的膜臨時(shí)固定,防止大風(fēng)將HDPE土工膜吹動(dòng)移位,然后再進(jìn)行膨脹螺栓錨固。
