亦莊調節(jié)池工程是北京市南水北調配套工程供水環(huán)路的重要組成部分，位于北京市東南部三海子郊野公園以東，即現(xiàn)狀三海子東路以東、黃亦路以北。主要建筑物包括進水管線、一期調節(jié)池、亦莊泵站、永樂取水口、亦莊取水口、2座連通閘、退水管以及亦莊樞紐調度中心和武警基地。

A, project overview
Yizhuang regulation pool engineering is an important composing part of the city of Beijing South-to-North water loop supporting projects, located in the southeast of Beijing City, three Haizi Country Park East, namelythe status of three Haizi Tung Road East, north of Huang Yi lu. The main buildings include inlet pipeline, aregulating pond, Yizhuang pumping station, Yizhuang Yongle intake, intake, 2 connecting gate, return pipe and Yizhuang hub dispatch center and the police base.
東干渠亦莊調節(jié)池工程土工膜招標采購劃分一個標段。
（1） 招標內容：調節(jié)池池體、亦莊水廠取水口、永樂水廠取水口、1#和連通閘、2#連通閘、亦莊泵站、調節(jié)池進水管、調節(jié)池退水管、調壓塔溢流管、導流墻等工程的調節(jié)池池底HDPE膜和池坡復合土工膜（HDPE膜和復
（2） 交貨期及交貨地點：合同簽訂后按招標人要求陸續(xù)供貨，交貨地點為東干渠工程亦莊調節(jié)池施工現(xiàn)場。
三、資格要求
（1）投標人必須為中華人民共和國境內注冊的獨立法人；
（2）投標人應通過ISO9001質量體系認證；
（3）近三年具有類似工程（單項工程不少于5萬平方米）的同類材料供貨業(yè)績和使用實例；
（4）投標人近三年均無虧損，能滿足本招標項目實施需要；
（5）單位負責人為同一人或者存在控股、管理關系的不同單位，不得同時參加投標。
四、投標須知
1、本次招標不接受聯(lián)合體及代理商投標。
2、本次招標采用資格后審。
3、投標報名：凡有意參加投標的單位，請派代表于2013年1月21日至2013年1月25日（法定公休日、法定節(jié)假日除外，下同），每日9 時至 16時（北京時間，下同）持以下資料報名：
（1）營業(yè)執(zhí)照副本；
（2）ISO9001質量體系認證證書；
（3）組織機構代碼證書；
（4）投標人公司章程；
（5）法定代表人復印件；
（6）單位介紹信（或授權委托書）及經(jīng)辦人。
上述資料需提供加蓋單位公章的復印件，除（5）項外均需交驗原件。
4、根據(jù)北京市南水北調工程建設委員會辦公室《關于在北京市南水北調配套工程招標投標活動中開展行賄犯罪檔案查詢工作的通知》，招標人將對投標單位及其擬派項目負責人進行行賄犯罪檔案查詢，具體內容詳見招標
5、招標文件的獲?。悍餐ㄟ^投標報名的單位，請派代表持單位介紹信（或授權委托書）及經(jīng)辦人，于2013年1月28日至2013年2月1日，每日9時至16時購買招標文件。
6、招標文件售價：每標段每套1000元人民幣，售后不退。
